A former Deputy Information Minister, Felix Ofosu Kwakye says Ghana wouldn’t have had water to give out for free but for the forward-thinking John Dramani Mahama.
Government of Ghana through the President during his fifth update on the deadly Coronavirus said the Ghana Water Company had been directed to provide a constant flow of water.
The President further added that the government has absorbed payment of water bills for three months.
Reacting to the latest intervention by the current government, Felix mentioned that the current government has now come to the realization that governance is not about flowery speeches and shallow populism but rather systems and process derived from visionary planning and execution.
He mentioned that the NDC government during its tenure worked so hard to ensure there was improved access to water. Mynewsgh reported
