Popular Ghanaian actress Benedicta Gafah has dished some advice to her fans to be cautious of who they call friends and share their darkest secrets with.
She opined that secrets are not meant to be shared with others adding that instead of finding solace in people and sharing your problems with, one should rather share his or her problems problems with God as he is the only one to provide solutions.
She gave this advice in a recent Instagram post where she wrote; 
“A secret is something not meant to be known or seen by others. And it’s no more a secret when shared with even one person. Learn to share it with God. Stop Confiding in humans. Have you ever shared your darkest moments with God and seen a screenshot somewhere? Have you ever heard God sharing it with others before? Let’s be careful who we confide in and learn learn to vent with God.”
