Captain Smart of Angel Broadcasting Network has finally spoken for the first time after his suspension for overcriticizing the government in power.
In the midst of the ongoing Fix the country agenda, it was all on social media platforms that a renowned radio and TV presenter, Captain Godsbrain Smart of Angel FM has been taken off air by his manager, Dr. Kwaku Oteng, for severely criticizing the government.
Well the award-winning radio and TV presenter has finally confirmed his suspension from work just as it was reported earlier on.
Speaking in an interview with Adom Otchere on Good Evening Ghana, in a tone of unregretted utterances, Captain Smart said there is no way he will go hungry even if he looses his job, because he is not a lazy person and his brain works.
According to him, he never uttered any word in a form of verbal assaults to neither the president nor his vice and other officials.
However, he was only executing his professionalism as a radio presenter known by many Ghanaians for spitting fire and criticizing bad leadership.
“If they can provide me with evidence which shows I have insulted the President and government officials, I will apologize and re-sign.” He concluded.
