If all could recall, after several months, Ghanaian Dancehall Artist, Shatta Wale finally got the gut to reply Sarkodie’s diss song to him in a song titled ‘Little Tip’ after ranting about King Sark on Twitter for days.
Shatta Wale has also opened up on Sarkodie’s diss song to him and how he felt when he first heard the song.
According to Shatta Wale in an interview on Onua FM today, Sarkodie’s “Advice” diss song to him was something he never expected because the least he said about Sarkodie couldn’t have pushed him to go hard at him on the diss song.
Touching on why he never expected the rapper to diss him, he mentioned that his initial statement to him stating that Sarkodie is poor wasn’t an insult.
He said; “let us be real; I didn’t insult Sarkodie when I said he’s broke. I was even shocked when he recorded the “Advice” song.
Just before the launch of Shatta Wale’s “Reign” album in 2018, Sarkodie released a diss track “Advice” to Shatta Wale and it nearly marred his concert but it went on successfully.
The song seemed to tell Shatta Wale to stop the foolery because his rants about Sarkodie and other artists were getting out of hands.
