I Wanted To Quit UTV Show After Bullgod’s Arrest – Nana Ama McBrown

Popular Ghanaian actress and host of UTV’s United Showbiz, Nana Ama Mcbrown revealed that she was considering leaving the show after one of her frequent panelists, Bulldog, was arrested by National Security.

Despite her regard for the police, she claims she has always attempted to steer clear from situations involving them.

Nana Aba Anamoah, speaking on Starr Chat, claimed she would have walked away from the show if it hadn’t been for the support and advice of Despite Media’s Managing Director, Fadda Dickson.

“After Bulldog’s case, I wanted to leave because I couldn’t handle it any longer, so I told Fadda that I couldn’t do it anymore because I didn’t want to have any problems with the police or the law, but he pushed me to stay since these things are going to happen.” Fadda has been quite helpful and advises me on the show.”

She also disclosed that her memoir, which will include her experiences in Bulldog’s case, will be released in January of next year.

The National Intelligence Bureau detained artiste manager Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, also known as Bulldog, earlier this year (NIB).

His detention was linked to alleged threats against President Akufo-Addo.

He claimed that if the President does not pay the locked-up funds of Menzgold consumers, he will not be able to complete his second term.

Bulldog later repudiated the statement, but clarified that it did not imply that he intended to shoot or kill the President.
