In Africa, a lady who is still single despite being older than a certain age (usually 38) is often ashamed of herself. The way the African society is constructed places emphasis on a getting married and starting a family. This is why most ladies often feel pressured to marry.
The primary aim of many African lady, after they have attained maturity is to get married and start a family. Most ladies get lucky and are quickly blessed with good matured men; others are however not so lucky.
Sometimes, a lady ripe for marriage might not attract suitors for numerous reasons. These reasons are of many kinds but most of them are: family background, social status, physical appearance and character.
One lady seems to be having this particular problem. A young lady named Zara’U cried out on Twitter about how guys were scared of her. According to her, she felt like she was ready to marry but the suitors were unavailable.
In her tweet on Twitter, she wrote “I’m not getting younger. I think I need to marry but I don’t know why guys are scared to talk to me.”
The above statement sounds like a cry for help. Obviously, she is pained and desperately wants to get married.
