Apostle General of the Royal house Chapel International, Reverend Sam Korankye Ankrah has said he has been shedding tears uncontrollably since the closure of churches.
According to the man of God, he has missed his church members who he has not met for close to two months due to the restrictions put in place by the government to curb the spread of Coronavirus.
Speaking to Doreen Andoh on JoyNews TV which was monitored by Ghanawish.com, Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah added that the absence of members in the church has left him lonely as he relishes the times he worshiped with them together.
“He said, he is not missing his congregants for monetary gain but simply to help them grow spiritually. I have cried and cried. My tears have finished. We miss our church members. We don’t want their money. We miss worshiping with them as we importantly consider their spiritual growth” – Sam Korankye Ankrah said
Many have criticized Pastors and Preachers for what they describe as a cosmetic show of concern and empathy. Secularists believe churches have become rich at the expense of the poor and marginalized.
