Hire Interpreter To Help You Understand English – Sam George Blasts Peace FM Over Twisted Reportage

Sam George has fired Peace FM, a Despite Media subsidiary, for what he called “twisted reporting” on his CNN interview a day ago.

The media company or web portal, according to the Ningo-Prampram MP, needs to hire a skilled interpreter to help them appreciate the implications of his CNN interview in order to produce a factual reportage.

A headline on Peace FM Online implied that Sam George was found wanting when he was interviewed on CNN over Ghana’s anti-LGBTQ Bill.

While many have commended the legislator for his eloquence and intelligence, the article said Sam George was at the mercy of the interviewer and was bashed. Per the content of the article, the interviewer, Larry Modowo made it tough for Sam George to express his understanding of the entire LGBTQ issue.

Sam George in a reactionary post explained why he felt Peacefmonline.com needed an English interpreter since it appeared to him that the media house was having a problem with comprehension of the Queen’s language…especially when the politician has been hailed and praised for a good job.

Even before that the journalist who interviewed Sam George had come out to say his interview with the Ghanaian politician was the ‘most contentious interviews” he has ever hosted.

In a Twitter post, Larry Modowo appreciated the articulation of Sam George by writing…

This is one of the most contentious interviews I’ve ever done on live TV. I asked a Ghanaian MP pushing an anti-LGBT bill why he wants to legalize hate & homophobia. “Only 7% of Ghanaians are tolerant of homosexuality,” MP @samgeorgegh told me on @OneWorldCNN

Following that Sam George in his reply to Peacefmonline.com suggested that they sought professional help as far as the understanding of English was concerned because the interview was conducted in English but the online portal had decided to put out a ‘twisted report; completely different form what transpired on CNN.

“Dear @peacefmonline, the interview was conducted in English. You should have gotten a professional interpreter to help you understand the interview. Cheers,” he wrote.
