GH Hyper, a publicist for Hajia4Reall, says the singer is disappointed in Ghanaians for ridiculing her after her arrest in the United Kingdom.
Speaking to Ghanaweekend, GH Hyper said Hajia feels betrayed by the number of negative publications which have been made about since she was picked up by Police on November 11, 2022.
“The way Ghanaians treated her wasn’t the best. Look at somebody that Ghanaians claimed was a prostitute…she was fast rising and Ghanaians decided to clamp her. It wasn’t the best at all…she is traumatized…she is home in the UK, and lawyers are talking to her. She is traumatized…a phycologist is working on her,” he said.
“Mona is in the UK and going about doing what she is supposed to do. She will come, hopefully, to say something, or we will release a communiqué. With that, it will come with a video or whatever for you people to know that she is okay but just that whatever happened has really demoralized her,” GhHyper disclosed.
Hajia4Reall, real name Mona Faiz Montrage, was arrested after attending the 2022 edition of Ghana Music Awards UK.
She is reported to have been on a ‘Red Notice’ in the USA. Her apprehension in the UK is allegedly a joint operation between the security agencies of both countries.
