A General Manager at the Groupe Nduom, Mr. Kofi Asamoah-Siaw, believes government is instigating the collapse of some companies of the Ghanaian business mogul, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.
According to him, government is using some regulatory agencies to halt the operations of these companies.
In a Facebook post, he maintains, “it’s a sin against God and nation to instigate collapse of businesses in the name of reforms.”
To him, “it is a very simple matter. Government owes GN 2billion cedis and we need that money to pay customers.
“Government cannot refuse to pay and turn around, through Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to ask customers to sue Gold Coast.”
This, according to him, amounts to instigating the collapse of Gold Coast through the exercise of regulatory authority.
