Go out and donate the GHc100 for Cathedral to glorify God – Akpaloo to Ghanaians

Although some Ghanaians strongly oppose the request for donations to help build the National Cathedral, members of the Freedom Party of Ghana (LPG) have been instructed to donate money to help the government build the notorious religious edifice.

At the appeal of the Minister of Finance, Mr. Kofi Akpalu, founder and leader of the Liberal Party (LPG), believes that the donation is not bad and has taken steps to free up funds to support it. “I personally do it 100 times every three months. This is not bad, so I urge all LPG members and my fans to follow their example.

I am a Christian and will support all actions that glorify God.” Mr. Kofi Akploo on Kumasi Revealed on Hello FM. The LPG founder spoke with the initiative of Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta, which was called “Ketoa Biaa Nsua”. During the mid-year budget review, the initiative was translated as “no small amount” for the construction of a national cathedral.

The businessman and politician said that the government’s demand for donations from the people is seriously insufficient and should not be a reason for the president to be ridiculed by public opinion. The construction of the cathedral is a subject of great divergence in Ghana, but the Finance Minister stated that the cathedral is expected to come into use on March 6, 2024.

“The GHc100 monthly should not be of concern to most of us and Christians in the country. … If you don’t have money, you can use your skills and knowledge to help the government build it, just like David in the Bible Do that, dsuggested Mr. Percival Kofi Akpaloo at the panel discussion.

“The work on the National Cathedral is progressing rapidly and in accordance with the contractor’s plan. The National Cathedral is expected to come into use officially on March 6, 2024. Upon completion, the National Cathedral will provide space for official religious activities of the country, which symbolizes the great contribution of faith to the construction of the country,  dsaid Mr. Ken Offriata in his speech.
