GFA President Kurt Okraku, And Five Other Ghanaians Named On CAF’s Standing Committees

Ghana Football Association president Kurt Okraku together with five other Ghanaians have been named on CAF’s standing committees.

Kurt will serve on the committee which organizes the continent’s flagship event- the Africa Cup of Nations. 

His deputy at the Ghana FA, Mark Addo, is on a 26-member committee tasked to organize the CAF U17, U20 and U23 Cup of Nations. 

Former Ghana FA chairman Alhaji Jawula will serve on the CAF’s organization committee for Inter-club competitions and Management of the Club Licensing System.

He will serve on the committee for a second term.

Ghana FA Executive Committee member Randy Abbey has been appointed onto the Committee for Legal Affairs and National Association while Prince Pambo has been named on the Medical committee.

Thaddeus Sory will serve on CAF’s jury of Appeal.

The four Ghanaians on the various committees will serve a 4-year team from 2019-2022.
