Free SHS Graduate, Francisca Lamini Blows Harvard University 1st Semester Exam

Her distinction in all courses has brought her praise while the Nana Addo Free SHS policy has also been praised for producing an excellent graduate.

Francisca Lamini has once again shown how smart she is by getting all A’s on her first-year exams at Harvard.

The winner of the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) started her pre-med degree at a prestigious American university.

Francisca from NSMQ is going to Harvard Pre-Med after turning down Cornell, Stanford, and NYU.

Her current results slip shows that she has broken through the glass ceiling and reached the highest levels of excellence at her school, making Ghana proud in the process.

She did best in every subject and got all the points, which put her far ahead of her peers and coworkers.

On her results slip, it says that she did well in all of her classes, including French, Math, and Expository Writing.

Francisca Lamini from Keta Senior High Technical School was the first woman to compete in the finals of the NSMQ in the last eight years.

Impact of her results

The ideal impact these results portray is raising the standards high for Ghanaian students. It will also eradicate the perspective of ‘chew and pour’ among students.

With this, she has become a sole role model and a mentor to all female students in Ghana and outside Ghana.
