Four Ghanaians die from COVID-19; death toll now 821

The latest data from the Ghana Health Service website indicates that four more people have died from COVID-19 bring the total number of deaths to 821 as of July 21, 2021.

Ghana’s current active cases stand at 4,094 while confirmed cases are 101,170 with 423 new cases confirmed.

A total of 96, 255 persons have so far recovered from the deadly disease, while 26 and 15 have severe and are in critical conditions respectively.

Meanwhile, the General Secretary of the Ghana Medical Association, Dr. Justice Yankson revealed on News File show on Joy News that the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and other facilities are struggling to find space for patients.
