Final Year KNUST Student Arrested For Murder Of His Friend Who Owes Him Ghc1,200

A final year KNUST student has been nabbed by the Kumasi Police for murdering his friend who owes himGhc1,200.

The suspect, Emmanuel Awuah, 23, a Geological Engineering student confessed to the murdering of his friend who is an Uber driver.

According to the story Emmanuel narrated, his late friend borrowed a sum of Ghc1,200 from him for months and had refused to pay hence he took that action.

From the investigations by the Police, Emmanuel convinced his late friend who is an Uber driver that some Chinese men wanted his services hence e should come so he introduces them, and then they can take it from there.

Upon arrival at Awuah’s place, they left together in the company of another friend where they strangled him to death. They then took his car and fled with it. The car owner then made a report to the police following the arrest of Emmanuel Awuah.
