Ardent listeners of Kumasi-based Nhyira FM were taken aback on Saturday, September 21, 2019 when news broke that Evangelist Stephen Oduro has forever parted ways with the living.
The highly opinionated Evangelist when alive was well-known for preaching against social vices cum false prophets. Most at times, Evangelist Oduro lambaste contemporary preachers who have commercialised the Good News.
As family, friends, lovers and sympathizers of Evangelist Stephen Oduro are still mourning, Rev. Obofour who happens to be the leader and founder of Anointed Palace Chapel has added pepper to the wounds of mourners.
According to Rev. Obofour a.k.a The Oracle, Evangelist Stephen Oduro was always tarnishing the image of ‘real’ men of God, Obofour inclusive and also brainwashed the public about his (Obofour) ministry.
Rev. Obofour added that Evangelist Stephen Oduro claimed that Prophet Katakyie Afrifa, who passed away on 31st May 2019 was killed because he was an occultist.
He, therefore, stated that if people believed this claim by the Evangelist, which means he (Evangelist Stephen Oduro) was also a member of that group which resulted in his death.
Logically, Rev Obofour indicated that Evangelist Oduro was killed by occultism spirit, the same way Prophet Katakyie Afrifa was killed – Karma!!
More importantly, Rev. Obofour taking inspiration from his his junior pastors in a live interaction on YouTube posited that Evangelist Stephen Oduro was leading Christians astray and always spoke against real prophets of God including himself, Rev. Obofour alias The Oracle!
