According to Nigerian singer, Simi, it’s better to spread fear in these turbulent times following the coronavirus pandemic contrary to what health professionals and state authorities have advocated.
According to her, the only thing Nigerians are afraid of after religion is fear so there is the need to spread fear in order for them to adhere to basic guidelines outlined by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
She made this known in a tweet sighted by Ghanawish.com
She wrote:
“Don’t spread fear.” They said. At this point, we might need to change that strategy because the only thing Nigerians respect more than religion is fear. Everything needs to shut be down. Not later. Now!”.
Nigerian cases has risen to 27 cases whiles Ghana has confirmed 24 cases of Coronavirus.
