Due to the rate at which dollar fluctuates, the price of cement was hanging between 35 to 38 cedis, depending on where you are located in Ghana. Now, the high price has stopped so many buyers from purchasing, but however after viewing the prices I’ll be dropping, you will know how to start budgeting.

• 50Kg bag is at GH¢41

If the cost of a 50kg bag is GH¢41, then the cost of 600 bags of cement in wholesale will be GH¢24,600.

• Sand can be purchased at GH¢300 per trip.

• Plywood = GH¢37 to 145

• Iron rods = GH¢9 to 335 (per piece)

• Blocks = GH¢3.50

• Roofing Sheets = GH¢750.00 to 950.00 (per pack)

• Paint = GH¢65
