According to some information just coming in and reaching the desk of Ghanawish.com has it that a fourth coronavirus related death has reportedly been recorded in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
The country has thus recorded 93 confirmed cases. Though the latest piece of unfortunate news is yet to be confirmed by the Ghana Health Service, an international research organisation that tracks the situation in the country, Worldometer, has published it on its website. Earlier on Wednesday, March 25, Ghana recorded its third coronavirus death.
The third death had occurred at the 37 Military Hospital and involved the wife of a two-star general, officials of the Ghana Health Service had announced.
The sudden spike in case incidence is as a result of the mandatory quarantine and compulsory testing for all travellers entering Ghana, as directed by the President.
