Charlotte’s full name is Charlotte Kesson-Smith Osei. She was born on February 1, 1969 in Nigeria, her father is Ghanaian while her mother is Nigerian.
She was popularly known as the chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Ghana, but the remarkable thing about the position she occupied is that she’s the first female to do so.
