Juliana Adusei, a pastor’s wife who was pregnant has died after she was stabbed by robbers at Heman/Ampatia New-Site , a community near Ashanti Regional Capital, Kumasi.
This happened on Saturday, June 20, 2020.The pregnant woman was confirmed dead by the police officers at the scene

The police at Suntreso District which are handling the case has asked people living in the area where the incident occurred to help them with information in other for the robbers to be caught.
The woman’s husband, Pastor Francis Adusei told the police that the robbers invaded their home while they were asleep, him, his wife and his three year old daughter.
A family member also said that they were three men, and two of them were holding kitchen knives, and another held a pistol. The family member also said that they pushed the pastor into the bedroom and asked him to hand over all the money he recently withdrew from the bank, and that the robbers who were not still satisfied after taking over a cedi which is equivalent to $1000,stabbed the three year old daughter because the pastor told them that they had no other money in the house.
The three year old girl started bleeding and the mother who could not withstand what her daughter was going through tried to overpower the robbers, but unfortunately they stabbed her right neck, she became unconscious and died few minutes later.
The robbers fled the scene when the police arrived and the woman’s body was conveyed to Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital after she was confirmed dead. The three year old daughter was also rushed to the hospital and is receiving treatment.
Residents in the area are now in fear as they don’t know who would be the next victim if the authorities do not take quick action of security in the area, since it was not the first time a murder case was recorded in the community.
This is a very sad news, as no one is ever ready for death. I feel pity for the pastor because he has lost his wife and unborn child. I pray God gives him to strength to go through this.
