Baah Acheamfour the maverick and political analyst has made a comment on one of the popular Political talk show “The Citizen Show” hosted by Kwabena Bobbie Ansah on Accra FM that “ Anyone who voted for Nana Akufo-Addo must do 30 days fasting and ask forgiveness.”
The Political Analyst, Baah Acheamfour made this revelation in respect to the current happenings under the watch of the President Nana Akufo-Addo. The uprising of economic hardships, insecurity in the country etc.
Since President Nana Akufo-Addo resumed office in 2017, the state of the security in this country is in a fragile state or in tatters. From militia evading court, Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election, Asawase shooting, Techiman shooting in just ended 2020 general elections and now Ejura shooting.
After the Emile Short commission, it came to light that political parties should disband their vigilant groups but during the 2020 Elections, there were these vigilant groups wearing uniforms with bear and ear rings as security personnel for the Elections. The death toll of Election 2020 is unprecedented in the history of Ghana but still the President has not spoken about it.
The current predicament of state insecurity is mind-blogging, The President must act immediately to address this issue. State institutions responsible must also act accordingly to see to it that, this condition discontinues in coming days because Ghanaians are complaining of insecurity in the country.
