Akufo Addo’s Flight Returned To Tamale Due To Bad Whether In Wa

It has been revealed that the flight that took president Akufo Addo from the Tamale airport has failed to land in Wa due to bad whether conditions.

You would recall that shortly after Akufo Addo assumed office as the president of the president of the republic of Ghana, he made it a duty upon himself to always tour the regions of the country to; interact with citizens and opinion leaders, inspect government projects, seek for the challenges of the various regions among others.

So far, he has been to the Upper East and North East regions and recently to the Savannah region in line with this mandate. So as part of the regions his tour is currently embarking on is the Upper West region.

After he ended his tour of the Savannah region yesterday, his next destination was the Upper West Region. But unfortunately, President Akufo Addo’s flight failed to land at the Wa airport due to bad weather. The flight has since returned to Tamale.

Meanwhile, supporters who went to the airport to welcome have been left desperate after the incident happened
