Stonebwoy said the introduction of the electronic levy is like robbing Peter to pay Paul during the BHIM country event, which took place at the Accra International Conference Center.
In the midst of the continuing debate over the passage of the electronic levy bill and the repeal of tollbooth charges, Stonebwoy, who also happens to be the president of the BHIM country, provides his thoughts on the contentious measure that has sparked several debates among citizens.
The adoption of the electronic levy, according to Stonebwoy, is akin to stealing Peter to pay Paul.
At the BHIM country event, hosted at the Accra international conference center in Accra, he voiced his opposition to the controversial measure.
Despite the fact that this bill has not yet been passed by parliament, many Ghanaians are already grumbling about how the additional taxes will effect their way of life if it is.
