AirtelTigo Launches Free Calls For Customers

AIRTELTIGO has unveiled a new promo that offers new customers the opportunity to enjoy free AirtelTigo to AirtelTigo calls from 5am to 10am for the next six months.

Dubbed, AirtelTigo Free Morning Calls Offer, the promo also allows new users of the network to make free transactions on their AritelTigo Money (ATM) platform for six months.

To enjoy this offer, prospective users are only required to purchase and register a SIM card with a valid ID card from any AirtelTigo office or retail point nationwide; register for an AirtelTigo Money account and activate it by depositing at least GH¢1 into it; and then use the deposited amount to make any transaction such as purchase of airtime or bundles.

This automatically qualifies the user to enjoy all the benefits that come with the free morning calls offer.

Speaking at a ceremony at its head office in Adabraka, Accra, on Wednesday, Chief Sales Officer of AirtelTigo, Abubakari Halidu, in his remarks, noted that the growing need for people to communicate freely and without fear of exhausting their airtime was the power drive behind the offer.

He said “it is the nature of Ghanaians to communicate early in the morning” and that “this offer is here to meet this demand.”

On his part, Chief Marketing Officer of AirtelTigo, Atul Nairan Singh, recounted some of the exploits of the network in the telecommunications industry in Ghana, such as being the first company to introduce no expiry on data and on voice calls as well as unlimited AirtelTigo call bundles to other networks.

He indicated that at AirtelTigo the customer was their main source of innovation and that they were always at the center of their operations.
