According to the rules and regulations of the National Communication Authority, Pornography display on live TV is an unpardonable offence punishable by law.
Nana Agradaa who telecasted a recorded version of a young man purported to be the son of Archbishop Duncan Williams and his girlfriends having naked sex in a swimming pool on her Thunder TV has breached the laws of the National Communication Authority NCA.
People have lashed at her for showing those videos because they felt she could have advised the young man rather than showing the video to the world.
Television stations that goes contrary to the National Communication Authority’s rules and regulations is fined, or jailed,or television station closed down.
