The loud-mouthed comedienne and socialite, Afia Schwarnezeggar is on the verge of been sued by a businessman for what he describes as defamation and wrong accusation.
Mr Philip Brobbey, who is the Chief Executive Officer of P-Mobile was publicly accused by Afia for failing to honour his side of a contract and refusing to pay for the services she had rendered.
Aia Schwar, went ahead to publish the photo of the businessman on her Instagram page and vehemently demanded to be paid since the man has been going around posing as a rich guy.
She wrote:
Phillip Nana Kwame Brobbey..Dont dare me and my demons, we are Not so nice
I have worked for you and over a year you are refusing to pay my money .
Do Not Push to tell the world who you are..Bring me my money!!!
You roam in Accra playing big boy, dont push me I need my Money!!!!
However, Mr Borobbey has come out now to debunk the impression created about him since according to him, his outfit has already paid Afia Schwar GHS40,000 and 20 deep freezers as agreed in the contract.
The statement demanded an immediate retraction and apology from Afia for which if not done will trigger court action.
Mr Brobbey is, therefore, by the letter, demanding Afia Schwarzenegger to take down all the defamatory publications from her Instagram page and other platforms, as well as render an unreserved apology via the same channel.
Should she fail to adhere to the demands of the letter, Mr Brobbey’s lawyers say they will resort to redress in court without recourse to her.
Below is the letter from Oak & Wuuds Law, lawyers for Mr Brobbey:
